1. Introduction:
This document outlines the terms and conditions that apply to all donations made to Sawaab Samaj Foundation. By making a donation, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined in this document.
2. Eligibility:
To be eligible to make a donation, you must be an Indian resident and of legal age. Minors may make a donation with the written consent of their parent or guardian.
3. Use of funds:
Donations must be used for the purpose for which they were given and in accordance with the mission and goals of Sawaab Samaj Foundation. The organization may use the donations to fund its operations, programs, and initiatives as determined by its board of directors.
4. Receipts:
Sawaab Samaj Foundation will provide a receipt for all donations received, indicating the date and amount of the donation. The receipt will also specify if the donation is eligible for tax exemptions under section 80G of the Income Tax Act.
5. Tax benefits:
Donations to registered non-profit organizations are eligible for tax exemptions under section 80G of the Income Tax Act. The donor is responsible for determining if their donation is eligible for tax exemptions and for claiming the exemptions on their tax return.
6. Refund policy:
In the event that the donor requests a refund of their donation, Sawaab Samaj Foundation will process the refund within 30 days. Refunds will be made in the original form of payment.
7. Transparency:
Sawaab Samaj Foundation is committed to transparency in its operations and will provide regular updates to its donors on the use of their donations. The organization will also make its financial statements and annual reports available to the public.
8. Compliance with laws:
Sawaab Samaj Foundation must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to fundraising and financial reporting. The organization will take all necessary steps to ensure that it is operating in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
9. Responsibility of the donor:
The donor must ensure that their donation is used for lawful purposes and must not support any illegal activities. The donor agrees to indemnify and hold Sawaab Samaj Foundation harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses that may arise as a result of the donor’s violation of this provision.
These terms and conditions will be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or related to these terms and conditions will be resolved in accordance with the laws of India.
Changes to terms and conditions:
Sawaab Samaj Foundation reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time, without notice. By making a donation after changes have been made to the terms and conditions, you agree to be bound by the new terms and conditions.
